✨ Returns

Due to the handmade nature and low cost of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

🚚 Shipping Costs

We do not cover return shipping costs for any voluntary returns. If a return is accepted (at our discretion), the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, which may be higher than the product price due to international postage.

💰 Partial Refunds

In some cases where you are not fully satisfied but the product is not damaged, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a return.
